The staff was friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions for a smooth stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There were no mosquito nets over the bed, resulting in a barrage of bug bites during the night. Additionally, the lack of a sink in the room made it inconvenient for basic hygiene needs.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to offer recommendations for local attractions and food. The breakfast menu changed daily, which was a nice surprise. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city and nearby sights.
The hostel was quite small, which made the common areas feel cramped. The rooms lacked sufficient storage space for luggage, making it difficult to keep the room tidy.

I had a great stay at this adorable hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff treated me like family and were extremely helpful with planning my tours and ensuring I had everything I needed. The location was also convenient for exploring the city.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay unforgettable. They took the time to chat with us and even sang with us in the evenings. The location was perfect, within walking distance of amazing bars. The breakfast was a delightful surprise every day, offering a variety of delicious options. We also loved the fact that we could rent a motorbike, allowing us to explore the city easily.
The humidity in the rooms was a bit overwhelming and caused some moldiness. It would be great if the hotel could renovate and address this issue.

The value for money at this place was amazing, and the room itself was clean and cozy. The location was great, tucked away in a quiet corner of central area, yet still close to bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Breakfast delights, but it would be even better with more variety.

We recently stayed at a fantastic hostel in Jogja, and we can't speak highly enough about it. Wood Stone was everything we could have asked for and more. The interior design, combining Javanese and Japanese elements, was simply stunning. Every morning, we were treated to a delicious and varied breakfast, making each day a delightful surprise. The staff at Wood Stone were incredible - friendly, honest, and always ready to give great advice. The location was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind. The facilities were spotlessly clean, and we were particularly impressed with the bathroom design and decoration. We can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality, even going so far as to accompany us until the early hours of the morning. We will definitely choose Wood Stone again for our next visit to Jogja.
Nothing, no complaints at all! 😊

This hostel was a superb place to spend my New Year's. The staff were excellent, always friendly and made me feel like part of a family. The hangout area was really nice, with cozy sofas and bean bags where I could relax and meet other guests. The private room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with something different every day, like smoothie bowls and eggs with toast. I really enjoyed the sociable atmosphere and the fact that the staff were always willing to hang out, play games, and make recommendations.
Although my stay at this hostel was amazing, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. the bathrooms could have been cleaned more often, especially when the hostel was fully booked.
